About Steve and Manon
Hailing from Gomel, Belarus, Steven (Slava) Klevsky's journey into music began at the tender age of 6. His initial desire to play the piano led him to the world of violin at a prestigious Music School, where his passion took root. He diversified his talents by embracing the piano and later mastering the guitar.
​
At 14, Klevsky embarked on a path of classical excellence, enrolling at the State Music College with a focus on the violin. His dedication was further evident through his four-year tenure with the State College Youth orchestra.
​
A move to Canada at 18 provided him with new horizons, and he continued his education at Mount Royal College while launching his career as a music instructor.
Steve's created his own music school, "Legacy School of Music Calgary". His musical presence radiates across genres and communities. He graces festivals, weddings, fundraisers, and more with his versatile talent, spanning Classical to Rock. Whether as a solo artist, part of ensembles, Steve's performances are a testament to his versatility. Notably, he lends his violin prowess to orchestras like the Calgary Civic Symphony and Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra.

In the heart of Montreal, Quebec, a music lover named Manon was born. Raised in a family steeped in musical heritage, her path into the world of melodies was inevitable. The journey began at the age of 9, as Manon took her first steps with the violin, crafting the foundation for a lifetime of musical artistry.

At the tender age of 12, the orchestra beckoned, and by 13, Manon had expanded her instrumental repertoire to include the clarinet and saxophone. Joining the ranks of Sea Cadet bands, her talents echoed through every performance.
Manon's passion led her to become the Director of Music at HMCS Quadra, shaping the musical dreams of Sea Cadets.

As an educator, Manon orchestrated the growth of the music program at Fern Hill School in Oakville, ON, leaving an indelible mark on the realm of education and harmony.
​
Relocating to Calgary in 1990, Manon embarked on an IT career while keeping the flames of her musical spirit alive. She lent her skills to community performances with the Calgary Concert Band and the Calgary Civic Symphony, becoming a vital thread in the city's musical tapestry.
Though retired from the realm of IT, Manon remains an active volunteer as a Rotarian, immersing herself in service to the community. Resuming her musical journey, she now graces the stage with Palladio Music and adds her talent to the melodies of the Calgary Civic Symphony.
